Islamic Movement and Left Join Forces in anti-American Revolution (Part 3)
The Twitter account of the self-described organizer and abolitionist Hoda Katebi, (the daughter of Iranian immigrants) who mocks the Chicago Police Department and promotes leftist revolutionary material from the Black Panther Party, provides illuminating details for events organized in Chicago. Katebi advocates on behalf of Believers Bail Out, a zakat eligible, shariah-compliant organization partnered with the Nation of Islam and Islamic Movement operative Linda Sarsour, executive director for MPower Change.
While there is a divide between Shiite and Sunni Muslims, they are both involved in the common cause of the global Islamic Movement in ways that do overlap. When the Islamic community in the U.S. perceives itself to be under attack by the USG, Shiites and Sunnis find strength together in numbers. This is important to note, because Katebi identifies herself with fellow Shia Muslims.
The following data points in June 2020 from the Twitter account of this Muslim activist Hoda Katebi in Chicago display the speed in which the Islamic Movement and Left coordinated their activities to demand defunding and abolition of the police as a direct affront and challenge to the authority of law enforcement.
Katebi, whose language mirrors the rhetoric and terminology of Nihad Awad and Hatem Bazian, even retweets an image of a burning police car as part of promotional material for protesters participating in demonstrations in Chicago.
- Hoda Katebi, 1 June 2020: “A world without police is already happening”
- Hoda Katebi, 7 June 2020: “Demand change ON YOUR TERMS.”
- Hoda Katebi, 9 June 2020: “Muslims for Abolition National Day of Action”
- Hoda Katebi, 9 June 2020: “…complete archives of the Black Panther Party Newspaper”
- Hoda Katebi, 10 June 2020: “Muslims for Abolition Chicago, Jummah + Rally”
- Hoda Katebi, 12 June 2020: Retweet including image of burning police car
- Hoda Katebi, 12 June 2020: “Chicago police tried (& failed!)…”
- Hoda Katebi, 12 June 2020: “Blasting the Prayer for the Oppressed outside…”
- Hoda Katebi, 19 June 2020: Retweet of MPower Change Muslims for Abolition
- Hoda Katebi, 26 June 2020 “CVE programs fund police depts…”
As previously shown in Tweets from Katebi’s Twitter account on 12 June 2020, the police department was mocked for failing to stop their demonstration and jummah assembly (Friday prayers) on the street outside the headquarters. The following point was also made by Katebi: “protip: blasting The Prayer of the Oppressed outside police headquarters/in front of cops is a great choice.” The language in the subtitle for this prayer “The Sword of Victory’s Lot over Every Tyranny and Plot” does not invoke peaceful imagery.
An incredibly important data point to recognize is Islamic Movement jihadist operative Hamza Yusuf translated and introduced The Prayer of the Oppressed, which was used by the protestors calling for the abolition and defunding of police.
In a 1996 speech given by Yusuf (co-founder of the Islamic Movement Zaytuna College in Berkley, CA) at the ICNA annual convention, he stated: “I am a citizen of this country not by choice but by birth. I reside in this country not by choice but by conviction in attempting to spread the message of Islam in this country. I became Muslim in part because I did not believe in the false gods of this society whether we call them Jesus or democracy or the Bill of Rights or any other element of this society that is held sacrosanct by the ill-informed peoples that make up this charade of a society . . . [F]undamentals of Islam are being compromised.”
In 2019, Hamza Yusuf was appointed by U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to be a human rights advisor to the Trump administration. The President is probably unaware of Yusuf’s background, much less that his material is being used in demonstrations with the Islamic Movement and Left to demand the defunding and abolition of law enforcement in the U.S. If this nation is to defeat the insurrection coordinated by the Islamic Movement and Left to destroy Constitutional order & foundational principles, officials in the USG and Trump administration must be provided briefings by genuine subject matter experts representing the U.S. Military and Intelligence Community who understand the threat doctrine of this enemy and its future plans for America.
