The Red Sea in Eilat is Israel’s most biodiverse habitat. Israel’s Navy is working to make sure it stays that way.
Israel works hard to conserve its rich biodiversity around the country and in particular the Red Sea in Eilat, which is the Jewish state’s most biodiverse habitat.
After a coral reef in the sea collapsed, the IDF’s specialized YALTAM unit literally dove straight in along with the Israel Nature and Parks Authority to transfer the habitat and save hundreds of coral species.
Whether above or below sea level, Israeli forces are always ready to defend and protect!
